Best regards, Cor   (1) view presentation (2) view Nobel Prize winner site Cor Lieftink <c.lieftink@nki.nl> Hi all, A recent article in "Nature Cell death and differentiation" (1) gives an overview of the use of RNAi in mammalian cells. A detail in the article I found interesting, was that the author claims that when validating with singles already two showing the phenotype is  "almost indisputable evidence that the knockdown and phenotype correlate strongly."
