Instructions for compiling

•  Checkout and Update the Source Codes
• Compile source
  • cd /home/triple/src/TM
  • make
• Distribute
  • make distribution TGTNODE=//7
  • make distribution TGTNODE=//1
• Run Instrument
  • cd /home/triple
  • tripledoit

The source currently only supports the Zaber linear actuator. It assumes it is attached to /dev/ser1, that there are 2 actuators on that port and that the port has already been configured for the right speed, etc. To change the serial port, edit the zaber command line in interact.

Only a minimal set of the zaber commands have been brought through to the command line, though you can enter many more "by the numbers." We can add whatever commands are deemed useful.
