Submitted By: Andrew Tolopko Adddate: 2008-10-02 13:01:00 Re-opening since I'm no longer maintaining hacks in MyFaces code. Need to find a more kosher solution, preferably a date component that allows field ordering (and rendering fields w/o line breaks) to be customized.
Submitted By: Andrew Tolopko Adddate: 2008-10-08 16:18:20 We should continue to support the current free-form date fields, but add a date selector component that can be optionally used to set the date. We should also allow flexible date formats to be entered by the user. Currently, only the MM/DD/YYYY format is allowed, and has caused problems for users (the validation message is not helpful).
