Currently, in well copy volume search results, if a well copy has not
been plated and thus has 0 initial volume (i.e., its plate doesn't have
a CopyInfo), the well copy should not be included in the search result.
 Doing so makes the search result less useful, as the "minimum
volume"
value will be 0 for these well copies and prevents the user from finding
the minimum volume for a well copy that has actually been plated.
