I missed it in my November 20006 roundup of Alternate Code Repositories to Forge but Microsoft also launched their version last year.
Microsoft CodePlex revolves around Visual Studio integration and the Team Foundation Server repositories and Team Explorer. Their terms of use prohibit non-code based projects.
