teKML Time-Enabled KML beta release

2008-02-12teKML beta package and documentation has been released. teKML ingests various geographic information system file formats (including KML), and outputs TimeSpan enabled KML according to values set in a configuration file. More detailed documentation and screen-shots will be posted in the near future. |

| Description |
teKML processes source files (in many
GIS formats) and outputs KML files
containing properly formed Time
elements. The resulting teKML files
will automatically load the TimeBar
tool when opened in GoogleEarth.
